• Main idea:  All of the household appliances make us lazy. 
  • Supporting idea: 
    • Everything that automates our personal work, is done so that we stop doing it by hand and instead we begin to rely on a machine. 
    • Thanks to them, we would have a huge amount of free time, and nowadays all of that time is usually spent for gaming, watching videos or movies, or other sorts of entertainment. 
  • Example: For instance, a dishwasher allows people to simply put all dirty dishes inside and click a button. They do not wash with their hands anymore, and perhaps save some time
