This can lead to confusion, decreased morale, and potentially even harm the reputation of the project and the individuals involved.
• Main idea 2: Sharing confidential or sensitive information widely can damage relationships, harm the reputation of those involved, or have other negative consequences.

  • Example: For example, imagine that an employee at a company accidentally forwards an email containing confidential information to a large group of people, including competitors. This information may include sensitive details about the company's plans, financial information, or other confidential information. The wide dissemination of this information could harm the reputation of the company and the employee, damage relationships with customers and partners, and even result in legal consequences.
