Some individuals in the workplace may dislike technology for several reasons

• Main idea 1: Change can be intimidating, and for some, the rapid advancements in technology can be overwhelming.
  • Supporting idea:  Individuals may resist adopting new technologies due to a fear of the unknown or concerns about their ability to adapt.
  • Example:  In my previous workplace, the introduction of a new project management software caused apprehension among some team members.

  • Example:      In my previous workplace, there was a seasoned employee who had been with the company for many years and had primarily worked with traditional paper-based systems. When the organization decided to transition to a new cloud-based project management platform, this employee, having limited exposure to technology, found the change challenging.
