IELTS TUTOR gợi ý bài tham khảo:
Today, I would like to tell you about a memorable walk I had recently with my cousin, who was visiting Vietnam after a long time.
I usually go for a walk alone because my friends are a bit lazy to get up early to join me, but this time, I had the chance to walk with my cousin. We decided to take a stroll around the farmland near my house. There are lots of farms in the area, and since he had been away for so long, he was eager to see the place where I live. We walked through the fields, surrounded by green crops and vegetable patches.
At first, he was complaining about the pollution in the area. He wasn’t used to the air quality in Vietnam and thought it was much different from Canada, where he lives now. However, once he took a deep breath of the fresh air in the morning, he immediately felt much better. The fresh, crisp air was like a breath of fresh air (idiom) for him, and it lifted his spirits.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR
During our walk, we talked about our childhood, reminiscing about the good old days, and shared a good laugh. We also discussed the differences between Canadian culture and Vietnamese culture. He told me about how his life had turned around after moving to Canada and how things had changed for him over the years. He had a lot to share, and it was an interesting conversation.
Eventually, we decided to head back home. The walk wasn’t just a physical activity; it was also a chance to catch up (phrasal verb) and spend quality time together, which is something we don’t often get the chance to do. We ended the day with a sense of contentment, feeling like we had reconnected after such a long time.
This walk was not only a great opportunity to spend time together but also gave me the chance to show him around the places I enjoy. It was a long walk, but it was well worth it, and I cherished every moment.

IV. Part 3
1. In general, who do you think has more leisure time, men or women?
I believe men typically have more leisure time than women, especially in traditional households. Women are often responsible for a greater share of domestic duties, which can limit their free time. For example, many women spend significant time cooking, cleaning, or caring for children, which takes away from their personal relaxation. On the other hand, men tend to have fewer household responsibilities, allowing them to spend more time on hobbies or social activities. However, this is changing in modern society as gender roles become more flexible, and many men are taking on more responsibilities at home. But traditionally, men still enjoy a bit more leisure time due to the social structure. It's important to note that these roles vary across cultures and families, so there is no one-size-fits-all answer. Overall, it’s fair to say that the burden of household chores often leaves women with less time to unwind.>> IELTS TUTOR có hướng dẫn kĩ PHÂN TÍCH ĐỀ THI THẬT TASK 2 (dạng advantages & disadvantages) NGÀY 04/8/2020 IELTS WRITING GENERAL MÁY TÍNH (kèm bài được sửa hs đi thi)
New vocabulary:
2. Is leisure time important for everyone?
Yes, leisure time is essential for everyone, regardless of their age or occupation. It provides a chance for individuals to unwind and recharge their energy after a period of hard work or stress. For instance, after a busy day at the office, someone might enjoy reading a book, going for a walk, or watching their favorite show to relax. Leisure activities also help improve mental health, reducing stress and anxiety, and allowing people to feel more balanced. In a world where stress is common, having time to relax is not just a luxury but a necessity for maintaining one's well-being. People who regularly engage in leisure activities are often happier and more productive. In this sense, leisure can even be seen as an investment in long-term health. Without it, burnout can easily set in, leading to both physical and mental exhaustion.
New vocabulary:
3. Do you think only old people have time for leisure?
No, leisure time is not exclusive to older people; in fact, people of all ages can enjoy it. While it's true that older generations might have more free time after retirement, younger people can also find time for leisure, especially if they manage their schedules effectively. For instance, students often have breaks between classes or weekends to relax and pursue their hobbies. Similarly, working adults can still enjoy some leisure time during vacations or by setting aside time in the evenings. It's all about prioritizing personal time and balancing responsibilities. However, the level of leisure time may vary depending on one’s stage in life and personal situation. In any case, even in busy periods, people should try to create moments to recharge. Life is a marathon, and without some relaxation, it’s easy to become overwhelmed.
New vocabulary:
- Older generations (n): Các thế hệ lớn tuổi, những người thuộc thế hệ trước.
- Prioritizing (v): Đặt ưu tiên, quyết định điều quan trọng hơn để làm trước.
- Recharge (v): Nạp lại năng lượng, phục hồi sức khỏe và tinh thần.
