Describe a neighbour you are interested in.

One of the reasons I find him interesting is that he lives by a simple motto: to help others whenever possible (motto = a short sentence expressing a guiding belief; phương châm sống). Even though he works for a busy corporate company, I have never seen him frowning on (frown on = to disapprove of; không đồng tình) anyone. Instead, he always greets people with a warm smile, embodying the saying "seeing life through rose-colored glasses" (seeing life through rose-colored glasses = looking at life in a positive and optimistic way; nhìn cuộc sống với góc nhìn lạc quan).

Another reason why Mr. Thanh stands out is that he is deeply adored (adored = loved and respected deeply; yêu quý) by everyone in the neighborhood.
