IELTS TUTOR gợi ý bài tham khảo:

Today, I would like to tell you about the advice I gave to my closest friend, Lam, regarding his job application documents.

Well, Lam was struggling to land a job after applying to many vacancies without success. He was feeling downhearted (buồn bã, thất vọng), and I could sense that he was frustrated (tức giận, bực bội) because of the constant rejections. I suggested that he could improve (cải thiện) his CV and cover letter to boost (tăng cường, nâng cao) his chances of success.

I advised Lam to remove unnecessary details, such as marital status, which were irrelevant, and to emphasize (nhấn mạnh) his relevant (liên quan) skills and qualifications. I also recommended that he prioritize (ưu tiên) the most important skills and put them at the top of his CV to better highlight (làm nổi bật) his strengths. My suggestion was to make his CV more polished (chuyên nghiệp, bóng bẩy) and tailored (được điều chỉnh phù hợp) to the specific job positions he was applying for.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

The reason I gave this advice was that Lam was feeling hopeless (vô vọng) after facing so many rejections. He had no idea what he was doing wrong, so I wanted to help him step up (cải thiện, nâng cao) his game in the application process.

At first, I just wanted to show him that I sympathized (thông cảm) with his situation, but after reviewing his CV and the job requirements, I realized that I could help him out (giúp đỡ) in a more constructive (có tính xây dựng) way. I felt confident (tự tin) that following my advice would have a positive impact on his success rate.

Finally, Lam got an offer from a prestigious (danh giá, uy tín) multinational company, and I was over the moon. It felt like our efforts had truly paid off (thành công, đền đáp). This experience taught me that patience (kiên nhẫn) and hard work (làm việc chăm chỉ) always pay off in the end. I was really pleased that I could make a difference and help him turn things around (làm cho tình hình tốt lên).

IV. Part 3

1. When do children begin to have their own ideas and opinions?

Main Idea 1: Children start forming their own ideas and opinions as they reach the age of cognitive development, typically around 5 or 6 years old.
(Cognitive development: sự phát triển nhận thức) This is when they begin to understand abstract concepts and can express personal thoughts. For example, a child might develop preferences for certain activities or foods at this age.

Main Idea 2: However, these opinions are often influenced by their environmental factors, such as family, school, and peers.
(Environmental factors: yếu tố môi trường) Children may start to express their own preferences but will often shape them based on the people and experiences they are exposed to. For instance, a child’s interest in sports could be influenced by their parents' enthusiasm for the activity.

2. Should parents request their kids to obey them?

Main Idea 1: Parents should establish rules and guidelines for their children, but it’s important to do so in a way that fosters mutual respect.
(Mutual respect: sự tôn trọng lẫn nhau) While it is important for children to follow instructions, it’s equally crucial for parents to listen to their kids’ opinions. For example, when a parent explains why a rule is in place, it helps the child understand rather than just obeying blindly.>> IELTS TUTOR có hướng dẫn kĩ PHÂN TÍCH ĐỀ THI THẬT TASK 1 (Complaint letter) NGÀY 04/8/2020 IELTS WRITING GENERAL MÁY TÍNH (kèm bài được sửa hs đi thi)

Main Idea 2: However, forcing complete obedience can lead to rebellious behavior, especially as children reach adolescence.
(Rebellious behavior: hành vi phản kháng) If children feel they are not allowed to voice their opinions, they may resist authority. For example, a teenager who feels oppressed may start breaking family rules as a form of protest.

3. Who are smart children likely to be influenced by?

Main Idea 1: Highly intelligent children tend to be influenced by role models rather than just their peers or family members.
(Role models: hình mẫu lý tưởng) They often look up to individuals who have achieved success or demonstrated extraordinary skills. For instance, an aspiring young scientist might be inspired by famous researchers or inventors.

Main Idea 2: They are also likely to be influenced by intellectual stimulation, such as exposure to books, debates, and thought-provoking discussions.
(Intellectual stimulation: sự kích thích trí tuệ) In an environment that encourages critical thinking, these children can develop their own ideas and challenge conventional wisdom. For example, children raised in households that value reading and intellectual exploration are more likely to develop independent thoughts.

4. What jobs need employees to be talkative?

Main Idea 1: Jobs in customer service or sales require employees to be highly communicative, as they need to interact with clients regularly.
(Customer service: dịch vụ khách hàng) Employees in these roles must have strong speaking skills to explain products and address customer concerns effectively. For instance, a salesperson needs to engage with potential buyers and answer their questions clearly.

Main Idea 2: Another example would be media-related careers, such as journalism or broadcasting, where the ability to speak confidently is a key asset.
(Media-related careers: nghề nghiệp liên quan đến truyền thông) Journalists or news anchors must be articulate and capable of conveying information clearly to a wide audience. For example, a news anchor needs to speak fluently and convincingly to engage viewers.
