Today, I would like to tell you about an event that I organized a few months ago — my father's surprise birthday party. It was one of the most memorable experiences for me, and I’m excited to share how I prepared for it.
First of all, I set the ball rolling (khởi xướng, bắt đầu), by calling all of my father's friends and close family members to invite them to the party. It was important for me to make sure that everyone who meant a lot to him was included. After that, I went to the market to buy the necessary decorations and party supplies.
The house needed to be spick and span (sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp) before the party, so I spent about two to three hours cleaning and decorating the place. We really wanted everything to be perfect. What factors should people consider when organizing events?
When organizing events, the first thing to consider is the budget (ngân sách). It's essential to plan everything within financial means, so people can allocate funds wisely for things like venue, food, and entertainment. For instance, a wedding organizer may have to choose a venue that fits both the number of guests and the allocated budget.
