IELTS TUTOR gợi ý bài tham khảo:

Today, I would like to tell you about a positive change that has significantly improved my daily routine—getting up early. This habit has not only helped me save a lot of time but also brought numerous benefits to my physical and mental health.

First, let me explain what it is. For years, I had a toxic habit of staying up late, going to bed at around 1 or 2 AM. However, I realized how destructive this routine was, especially in the long run (in the long run: về lâu dài – over an extended period of time). By shifting to an early morning routine, I now have more time to prepare for the day and enjoy a peaceful start.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

As for how I implemented it, it wasn’t easy. Breaking an old habit, as the saying goes, is like trying to “break the mold” (break the mold: phá vỡ khuôn mẫu – to do something in a new way that is different from what has been done before). Initially, there were numerous temptations (numerous: nhiều – many or a large number of) keeping me awake, such as binge-watching shows or scrolling through social media (scroll through: lướt qua – to quickly move through content on a device). However, I gradually trained myself to stick to a consistent bedtime by avoiding distractions and creating a relaxing nighttime routine.

Talking about how difficult it is, I would say the journey was arduous (arduous: khó khăn, gian khổ – extremely difficult and requiring a lot of effort). At first, my body resisted the change, and I often felt cranky and unmotivated. But with persistence, I started noticing the benefits, which kept me going.

Finally, let me explain how I feel about it. I am truly over the moon (over the moon: rất vui mừng – extremely happy) with this positive change. One reason is that it has given me extra time in the morning to plan my day ahead. This helps me allocate time effectively (allocate: phân bổ – to distribute resources or time for a specific purpose) and improve my productivity (productivity: năng suất – the ability to do more work in less time).

Another reason is that I now have time for morning exercises. Exercising early not only boosts my adrenaline (adrenaline: chất kích thích – a hormone that increases energy and alertness) but also makes me feel on top of the world (on top of the world: cảm thấy rất tuyệt vời – extremely happy and confident). Morning workouts ensure I never skip my exercise routine, unlike in the evening, when unexpected tasks or sheer exhaustion might keep me from working out.

In conclusion, adopting this habit has truly transformed my life for the better, and I am glad I made the effort to implement it.

      IV. Part 3

      1. How does technology help with time management?

Technology plays a vital role in improving time management. One main advantage is that it provides access to state-of-the-art (state-of-the-art: hiện đại nhất – the most advanced or up-to-date) tools such as productivity apps and digital calendars. These applications allow users to set reminders and organize tasks, ensuring they don't miss important deadlines. For instance, apps like Google Calendar or Trello help individuals plan their day efficiently and even set priorities for tasks.

Another benefit is the ability to automate repetitive tasks, saving a considerable amount of time. By using tools like email scheduling or automatic bill payments, people can focus on more meaningful activities instead of being bogged down (bogged down: bị sa lầy – to become stuck or overly involved) in mundane tasks. For example, instead of manually responding to emails, businesses often use automated responses, which allow them to manage communication without delays.

      2. Should parents help children manage time?

Yes, parents should definitely assist children in managing their time. One reason is that children lack the experience to allocate their time wisely, and guidance from parents helps them build lifelong habits (lifelong habits: thói quen cả đời – behaviors developed early that continue throughout life). By teaching them to prioritize tasks, parents can help children strike a balance between academics and leisure. For instance, a child can be encouraged to complete homework before watching TV, fostering a sense of responsibility.

Another reason is that children are often easily distracted (easily distracted: dễ bị phân tâm – unable to maintain focus due to interruptions), especially in today’s digital age. Parents can implement rules, such as limiting screen time, to ensure children stay on track. For example, creating a schedule with designated time slots for studying, playing, and relaxing can instill discipline in young minds.

      3. Do you agree that today success mainly depends on being able to manage time effectively?

I completely agree that success today hinges on effective time management. One main reason is that people often face a heavy workload, and those who manage their time well are able to complete tasks efficiently. This skill allows them to meet deadlines and stand out in their professions. For instance, a project manager who organizes tasks meticulously can handle multiple projects simultaneously without feeling overwhelmed (overwhelmed: choáng ngợp – feeling like there is too much to handle).>> IELTS TUTOR có hướng dẫn kĩ PHÂN TÍCH ĐỀ THI THẬT TASK 1 (Complaint letter) NGÀY 04/8/2020 IELTS WRITING GENERAL MÁY TÍNH (kèm bài được sửa hs đi thi)

Another key factor is that proper time management helps people maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is essential for long-term success. Individuals who can juggle (juggle: cân bằng – to handle many tasks at once) their personal and professional lives tend to avoid burnout and perform better in all aspects of life. For example, someone who plans their day carefully can spend quality time with family after work while still excelling in their career.

      4. Are people born with time management skills, or can they develop them?

Time management is a skill that can definitely be developed rather than something people are born with. One reason is that it involves learning and practice, much like any other ability. Through trial and error, individuals can identify techniques that work best for them, such as breaking tasks into smaller parts or setting clear goals. For instance, a student who initially struggles with deadlines can improve over time by adopting strategies like using planners or to-do lists.

Another reason is that external influences, such as mentoring or training, can greatly enhance time management skills. Employers, for example, often provide workshops to teach employees how to work more efficiently. For example, a professional might attend a course on prioritizing tasks, which can significantly improve their productivity at work. This shows that time management is a skill that can be cultivated.

      5. How do people manage their time?

People use various strategies to manage their time effectively. One popular method is prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, often referred to as the Eisenhower Matrix (Eisenhower Matrix: ma trận Eisenhower – a tool to decide which tasks to focus on first). This allows individuals to tackle high-priority tasks immediately and leave less important ones for later. For instance, someone might focus on completing a major report before replying to routine emails.

Another common approach is creating a structured daily schedule to allocate specific time slots for activities. This method ensures that people stay on track and avoid procrastination (procrastination: sự trì hoãn – the act of delaying or postponing tasks). For example, many students use study timetables to divide their day into study, exercise, and relaxation periods, helping them maintain a well-rounded routine.
