Describe a (water) sport that you have watched before and want to try in the future

You should say:

- When and where you watched it

- What that (water) sport is

- Whether there is any special equipment needed to play the sport

And explain why you are interested in that sport and want to try it

• Whether there is any special equipment needed to play the sport
  • Actually, swimming is a relatively easy sport.  (IELTS TUTOR gợi ý cách diễn đạt khác: unlike other water sports such as diving or windsurfing, which require costly equipment, swimming costs nothing)
  • All you need is to wear some special swimming costumes such as swim cap or glasses to protect your hair and eyes from chemicals in the swimming pool. 
• And explain why you are interested in that sport and want to try it
  • I want to play this sport because of two main reasons.
  • Main idea 1: Swimming is extremely beneficial to our health.
    • Supporting idea:

    • Example: After being overweight and out of shape, my sister's commitment to regular swimming helped her shed excess weight, build muscle, boost energy levels, reduce stress, and attain the best health of her life.
  • Main idea 2:  it is clear that a swimming pool is an ideal place to help me escape from the extremely hot weather in the summer.
    • Supporting idea:

    • Example: In my hot and humid city, there's nothing I relish more on a scorching summer day than heading to the swimming pool. The refreshing cool water will provide an escape from the oppressive heat and humidity, allowing me to forget my worries and stress.
