Today, I’d like to talk about my father, who has chosen a career in the medical field as a doctor. He has been a significant influence in my life, and his decision to dedicate himself to medicine has always been a source of inspiration to me.

Regarding what he does, my father works as a general practitioner at a local hospital. His role involves diagnosing various illnesses, prescribing appropriate treatments, and guiding patients on how to maintain their health. He often works long shifts and handles a wide range of cases every day, from minor issues like colds to more severe conditions requiring urgent care.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

As for why he chose this career, my father has always been driven by a deep desire to help others and contribute positively to society. He believed that a career in medicine would allow him to combine his love for science with his strong sense of empathy. The ability to alleviate people's suffering and improve their quality of life brings him immense satisfaction and a sense of purpose.

When it comes to how I feel about him, I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration. His dedication, expertise, and unwavering compassion for his patients inspire me every day. Watching him manage high-pressure situations with grace while providing genuine care makes me incredibly proud to call him my father.

IV. Part 3

1. Do you think doctors and nurses are very important?

Yes, doctors and nurses are incredibly important. They are the backbone of healthcare, providing critical support to individuals in need. Doctors play a pivotal role in diagnosing illnesses and prescribing treatments. Nurses, on the other hand, ensure that patients receive continuous care and emotional support. For example, a doctor may diagnose a patient with diabetes, while a nurse monitors their blood sugar levels and educates them on lifestyle changes. Both professions work together to deliver comprehensive care. Without them, public health systems would collapse. Their dedication ensures that societies remain healthy and functional.

2. Who is more important, doctors or nurses?

Both doctors and nurses are equally important, as their roles complement each other in healthcare. Doctors specialize in diagnosing conditions and designing effective treatment plans. Nurses, however, are crucial in implementing these plans and providing ongoing care. For instance, while a surgeon performs a critical operation, nurses handle preoperative preparations and postoperative recovery. Additionally, nurses offer emotional support, which helps patients cope with their conditions. Without their collaboration, patient outcomes would significantly decline. The healthcare system thrives when both professions work in harmony.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

3. Do you think that doctors and nurses are not paid enough?

In many cases, doctors and nurses are not adequately compensated for their work. Both professions often endure long hours and high-stress environments. Doctors typically earn higher salaries, but the financial reward does not always reflect their years of rigorous training and immense responsibility. Meanwhile, nurses, despite being the primary caregivers, often face wage disparities. For example, a nurse might work overtime to manage a busy ward, yet their pay may not match the workload. Fair compensation is crucial to acknowledge their contributions and encourage more people to join these professions.

4. Do you think it is necessary to learn first aid skills?

Yes, learning first aid skills is essential for everyone. First aid knowledge allows individuals to provide immediate help in emergencies, potentially saving lives before professionals arrive. For example, performing CPR can stabilize a person experiencing cardiac arrest. Additionally, first aid skills are valuable for handling minor injuries like cuts or burns, preventing them from worsening. In workplaces or schools, trained individuals can respond promptly to accidents, ensuring safety. Overall, first aid training empowers people to act confidently in critical situations, which can make a significant difference.
